When you sign up online for e-news

When you sign up for e-news, you will be asked to provide personally identifiable information including your name and e-mail address. FOJRP uses Constant Contact to deliver e-news to its users, which uses SafeUnsubscribe. SafeUnsubscribe guarantees the permanent removal of an email address from its mailing lists. In each email you receive, there will be a link to unsubscribe or change areas of interest. Please read the Constant Contact Privacy Policy.

When you make a donation or purchase a membership

When making a donation and/or purchasing a membership, you will be asked to provide personally identifiable information necessary to process and service your request. This may include your name, billing and shipping postal addresses, telephone number, e-mail address, and credit card number. FOJRP uses PayPal to process online transactions. Please read the PayPal Privacy Policy.

When you send FOJRP an e-mail

FOJRP is pleased to receive e-mails from you. Should you choose to send an e-mail to FOJRP, your message and e-mail address will be forwarded to the appropriate individual within FOJRP and we will save your e-mail as part of our permanent records. Please be aware that any message, material, ideas, concepts, or other information sent to FOJRP by e-mail will be treated as non-confidential and non-proprietary.

Use of Information

We will use your personally identifiable information in order to respond to your request, send you emails, or process your contribution.
