On Saturday, April 28 2007, FOJRP held a bus tour of the James River Park System for Richmond City Council and their guests. The tour was intended to show our city's leaders first hand what their decisions have achieved, and what is left to accomplish. Ralph White guided the tour, which was sponsored by Council Members Kathy Graziano and Marty Jewel. A good time was had by all.
